I tried many different types of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Qoya and Hot yoga, before discovering the power of Dru Yoga in 2012.

I love the gentle & graceful flow that is subtle, yet powerful. I also love the accessibility to absolutely everyone. No matter what size, shape, fitness level you are or if you have an injury there is always an option to make Dru yoga work for your individual needs.

I love yoga and meditation, and the benefits have had a positive impact on my life, so I decided to become a teacher enabling me to share the goodness with others. I’ve done the Dru Yoga Teacher training course and also the Dru Meditation Teacher training course. I’m always acquiring additional knowledge and skills by participating in further advanced Dru courses, recently becoming a certified Dru Breath Coach.
